ZBD Policy

We guarantee Zero Bright Dot in VP models. Even if one bright dot is found, a free exchange will be made within 1 year of original purchase date. Original purchase invoice including purchase receipt or other proof of purchase will be needed.

Advanced SWAP

Within reliable warranty term, end user will get a SWAP unit shipped to their house whenever their monitor has malfunctioned. End user can then pack their original unit into the box and call ASP to arrange a pick up. End user needs to return their unit within 7 calendar days, or the user will need to bare charges for the full value of the SWAP unit plus delivery of the new unit.

3 Years Reliable Warranty

ViewSonic warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship during the warranty period of 3 years from the original purchase date. If a product proves to be defective in material or workmanship during the warranty period, ViewSonic will, at its sole option, repair or replace the product with a similar product. Replacement products or parts may include remanufactured or refurbished parts or components.

1 time Recalibration

Within reliable warranty term, end user can contact ASP for 1 time recalibration service. End users need to either carry in / mail or wait for pick-up according to his country’s warranty level. Calibration will be done at ASP within 7 calendar days. (from the time ASP get the unit to the time the units is ready to be shipped or to be pickup)
