Monitor Warranty Extension Terms and Conditions
The warranty extension is only valid for eligible products purchased in the United Kingdom and strictly for personal or business use.
Products purchased and resold/rented to a third party will not be eligible for this warranty extension.
Subject to these terms and conditions, customers can claim a 2-year warranty extension on top of the standard 3-year warranty.
The warranty extension herein cannot be exchanged for cash or any other financial alternatives.
The 2-year warranty extension cannot be accepted if the customer:
- did not purchase the product; and or
- did not purchase the product for personal or business use: and or
- did not purchase the product from a UK supplier; and or
- did not register the product within 90 days from the date of purchase on the warranty extension webpage; and or
- did not supply the proof of purchase; and or
- failed in any way to comply with these terms and conditions
The warranty extension may be subject to change without notice, and ViewSonic reserves the right to withdraw this extension at any time.
The warranty extension cannot be used in conjunction with any other warranty promotions.
ViewSonic reserves the right to reject claims that are incomplete, altered or illegible.
ViewSonic reserves the right to reject claims that are lost, late, damaged, misdirected or delayed in the post. We do not accept proof of postage as proof of delivery. We recommend customers submit the claim via our contact page.
ViewSonic is not liable for any technical issue relating to hardware, software, server, internet, or website that prevents the customer from registering the warranty extension or claim.
ViewSonic reserves the right to review all requests to ensure the terms and conditions are met and will request additional information if necessary regarding claims and supporting documents.
All materials submitted for the warranty extension will be the property of ViewSonic and cannot be returned.
Submission of false, incorrect, misleading or fraudulent claims will invalidate the product warranty, and ViewSonic will reserve the right to make any prosecution necessary.
