After replacement of a particular LED module, brightness may be slightly different than that of other modules. At this point, manual calibration is required. In order to troubleshoot this problem, the following procedure can be followed:

Step 1: Use the USB B-to-A cable to connect the display to the computer.

Step 2: After the software is installed, open the AutoLED program, select the "Calibration" tab, then click the "load data from module" button. 

Step 3: Then, turn on the LED display, confirm that the value is successfully saved, and the problem should be resolved.

It is recommended to calibrate the LED modules whenever they are replaced to ensure the quality of the LED display.
