After LED Module installation, if there are steps (not an even display surface), it could be a number of reasons:
- Debris in the magnetic mating surfaces (both on the LED Module and Cabinet)
- Locking Bolts were not engaged
- Locking Bolts were not aligned before engaging
- Affected tile(s) are not aligned and installed as evenly as possible. This may require dismounting a couple of the surrounding modules
- Installation of the Cabinets was not installed evenly
