To clean the projector lens, do the following: Apply a non-abrasive camera lens cleaner to a soft, lint-free cloth. Do NOT spray the cleaner directly onto the lens. Avoid abrasive cleaners/solvent, as they may permanently damage the lens. In a circular motion gently wipe the lens clean. Replace lens cap if projector is not to be used.
Each product has its own list of compatible video, audio and image formats. The best way to know what file type is specifically supported by your product is to look in the user guide for your particular model.
Verify adapter plugged into a wall outlet Make sure the AC adapter is firmly and securely plugged into the wall outlet. 1.Please increase the Contrast and Brightness in OSD menu. 2.Check the light source level and make sure it’s on Full or Normal. 3.Turn off or reduce environmental luminance where the projector is in use.
When a digital signal is connected (e.g. HDMI, DisplayPort, DVI), there are certain options greyed out in OSD menu as preset settings that cannot be changed. Those greyed out settings will be available when an analog signal (e.g. VGA) is connected.
The projector's image size is determined by the distance between the projector itself and the screen. You can adjust the screen size by repositioning the projector, the image size and the distance needed will be shown in the projector user's manual. Some projectors also come with a zoom ring for the finer adjustment.
