Why can’t I purchase any plan with my account?

Important to know

At this time, please note that users who have created their UNIVERSE account via Google (SSO) will not be able to purchase a UNIVERSE subscription plan. However, our team is actively working to expand our payment options to provide a seamless experience for all UNIVERSE users. Stay tuned for exciting updates and new features in the near future!


If you would like to purchase UNIVERSE plan online, please refer to the following steps:


1. Visit the sign-up page and register a new account by filling in your information.

After filling in all the information, the system will automatically send a verification email to your mailbox.



2. Verify your email address

Sign in to your email, look for the verification email in your inbox, and click "Verify" in that email. A confirmation message will appear in your web browser.

If you have not received the verification email, you can:

  • Check your spam folder to make sure it didn't end up there.

  • Add the email address "universe.support@viewsonic.com" to your address book and then try sending the email again by clicking the "Resend it" button.

  • If you're still not receiving the email, please contact us.



3. Email has been verified!



4. On the pricing page, choose your desired plan and click "Buy Now".
