London, UK (January 19, 2017) - ViewSonic announces XG3240C, a 32-inch curved WQHD (2560 x 1440) resolution gaming monitor that delivers an incredibly immersive experience through the combination of HDR support, a wide colour gamut, and an ultra-smooth 144Hz refresh rate with AMD FreeSync. XG3240C follows the style of ViewSonic's other award-winning gaming monitors such as XG2703-GS and is designed for gaming enthusiasts who want to envelop themselves in their game worlds with enhanced detail and vibrant colour on both PC and console.

Curved Immersion and HDR Support

XG3240C leverages a 1800R curve to bring you closer to the action by providing an experience that envelopes your peripheral vision and pulls you inside the game world.

The monitor's WQHD resolution renders images in fine detail, while HDR (High Dynamic Range) content support for both PC and console games maximizes information displayed in both the brighter and darker parts of a scene for an unmatchable visual experience.

Super Smooth 144Hz Refresh Rate and AMD FreeSync

XG3240C handles fast-paced action with a 144Hz refresh rate to keep animations smooth and reduces input lag to a minimum.

AMD FreeSync allows AMD graphics card users to synchronise the monitor's refresh rate with the frames output by the game to eliminate immersion-breaking issues faced on traditional monitors such as stutter, lag, and tearing.
