For myViewboard Windows users, the current production version is limited by the Chromium Embedded Framework (CEF) and cannot support MP4 videos in codec H.264. 

Users can either download the MP4 in another codec, or choose to play the YouTube video in another application (outside of myViewBoard).

Please check the video codec, and then choose the solution that best suits you.

Note: A quick way to open the same YouTube link in the default browser is to right click on the YouTube Learn more URL and choose to Load the page in the default browser.
