Password reset

Forgetting your password can be a hassle, but resetting it in ClassSwift Hub is straightforward. Whether you're using the Hub or the ClassSwift application, follow these steps to quickly regain access to your account. 

 

Steps to Reset Your Password 

1. Navigate to the Sign-In Page:

Open ClassSwift Hub or the ClassSwift application. 


2. Initiate the Password Reset: 

Enter your account email in the provided field and click "Next". 

Click on the "Forgot Password?" link. This will initiate the password reset process. 


3. Follow the Prompt: 

You will receive instructions on how to reset your password via the email associated with your account.

Follow these instructions carefully. 


4. Set Your New Password: 

Choose a new password. Make sure it's strong and secure, ideally using a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols. 


5. Complete the Process: 

After setting your new password, try logging in to ClassSwift Hub or the application to ensure the changes have taken effect.
