To mark the occasion, we spoke with inspiring women across our organization about their career journeys. They shared the opportunities they’ve embraced and how a supportive environment has helped them thrive.

Bonny Cheng, Chief Operating Officer

Bonny Cheng’s career at ViewSonic spans almost 30 years, taking her across continents and diverse business functions, shaping her into the dynamic leader she is today. She began her journey at ViewSonic’s U.S. headquarters, where she held roles in supply base management, product strategy, R&D, and production. Now, as Chief Operating Officer based at the R&D Center in Taiwan, she continues to drive innovation, embrace change, and champion a culture of learning and adaptability.

Bonny believes that embracing diverse perspectives drives innovation and fuels progress. Deidre Deacon, General Manager, ViewSonic Canada

Deidre Deacon joined ViewSonic in 1999, spearheading the launch of the company’s consumer business in Canada. At the core of her success are the strong channel partnerships and customer relationships she has built, driving sales across all lines of business. Her strategic vision and dedication led to her promotion to General Manager and Channel Chief in 2017. In this role, she has developed national sales programs and go-to-market strategies, achieving over 20% growth for three consecutive years.

Throughout her career, Deidre has thrived in an environment that champions equal opportunities, pay equity, and professional growth—principles that have been the cornerstone of her leadership journey. Hong LuongThi, Business Director, IT Indochina Regions

Hong LuongThi joined ViewSonic in 2016 as a Channel Sales Manager and has since advanced to the role of Business Director – IT for the Indochina region. Over nearly nine years, she has embraced challenges, demonstrated her capabilities, and contributed to key business successes. She credits the company’s emphasis on collaboration and equal opportunities for fostering an environment where employees can thrive, engage globally, and lead with confidence.

With a passion for growth and resilience, Hong constantly seeks new challenges. Under her leadership, sales have increased by an average of 40% annually, achieving nearly 330% growth over eight years. Through continuous learning and a solution-oriented mindset, she has successfully developed business strategies, delivered results, and adapted to the dynamic technology landscape.

Ruby Kuan, Education Solutions Lead, Presentation Group

Ruby Kuan joined ViewSonic in 2023 as the Education Solutions Lead. Over the past six months, she has witnessed significant transformations within the Presentation Group, particularly in performance management and organizational efficiency. With the introduction of structured evaluations and senior management oversight, she sees a shift toward a more professional and dynamic work environment. Exposure to leaders with diverse experiences has broadened her perspective, allowing her to grow beyond her comfort zone.

Antonia Schroer, Marketing Manager, ViewSonic DACH

Antonia Schroer joined ViewSonic in 2019 as a Marketing Assistant, supporting the marketing team with operational tasks while pursuing her university degree. She quickly demonstrated her potential, advancing to Junior Marketing Manager after graduation and later being promoted to Marketing Manager DACH in 2023.

Navigating the traditionally male-dominated tech industry, Antonia has found a workplace where collaboration, respect, and diverse perspectives drive innovation. She values the team-oriented culture at ViewSonic, which has empowered her to grow and contribute meaningfully. With six women now part of the office, she sees a continued shift toward greater representation and fresh ideas that strengthen the team.

Terrie SK Wong joined ViewSonic in 2019 and now leads the marketing team for Malaysia, Singapore, and Thailand. During this time, she has taken advantage of professional growth opportunities through leadership training programs, skill development workshops, and cross-regional collaboration. These experiences have shaped her ability to lead with confidence and adaptability.

As a marketing leader and working mother, Terrie understands the balance between professional ambition and personal responsibilities. Yesenia Martinez joined ViewSonic in 2022 as the Channel Marketing Manager for AV. With six years of experience at Peerless-AV in roles spanning from Marketing Assistant to Brand Manager, she brought a strong background in trade shows, email marketing, and channel marketing. At ViewSonic, she quickly expanded her responsibilities and now oversees both AV and VAR channels, continuing to drive meaningful impact.

Selin Küçük joined ViewSonic in 2023 as a Community Manager, bringing her passion for technology and education from her background as an Information Technology teacher.
