ViewSonic Corp., a leading global provider of visual solutions, unleashes a world of creativity in museums and exhibitions with its cutting-edge technologies. ViewSonic expands the scope of what’s possible for visual technology by offering flexible installation options and a vast array of features to suit a range of artistic needs. Curators may create immersive wall-covering projections and use interactive displays to bring images to life. ViewSonic gives exhibition attendees the opportunity to experience visuals on a different level.
Reimagining Visual Events
ViewSonic products are highly scalable. With social distancing regulations still being enforced in many places, larger crowds can view individual pieces of art — while still abiding to COVID regulations. Furthermore, products cut down the need for materials used to construct exhibitions. This ensures greater environmental sustainability in the long term.
Projectors: Scaling Up Imagination
ViewSonic’s projectors can project up to 300 inches in a single projection. With edge blending or mapping technology, artists can enlarge and project images onto virtually anything. This creates an incredible range of visual possibilities for large and small spaces alike. Likewise, select models such as LS920WU enable a 360-degree vertical rotation, or a 90-degree portrait mode. With extremely bright and vivid picture quality, ViewSonic’s projection technology delivers an immersive viewing experience.
ViewSonic’s technology powered the “Taiwan Acts!” Architectural Exhibition in German A.M. Architekturmuseum Der TUM, where 800-inch projections of landscape images merged with surrounding physical exhibits. ViewSonic also powered the “2020 MOTUS International Fulldome Festival” in Taiwan, which was Asia’s first ever 360-degree audiovisual dome.
All-in-One LED Displays: Incredible Clarity, Incredible Simplicity
Although ViewSonic’s screen sizes ranges from 108 to 216 inches, visual quality is not compromised. ViewSonic’s All-in-One LED Displays are designed to deliver amazing visual performance. These displays have a virtually invisible frame size of 10 mm and have an ultra-thin depth of 35 mm. With these dimensions, these displays can easily blend into a range of environments. In addition, this series of products delivers a wide color gamut, lifelike images, and offers high levels of brightness without being affected by bright ambient light, making them ideal for large venues.
Additionally, ViewSonic’s All-in-One LED Display Solution Kit (108" and 135"), includes LED modules, cabinets, a system control box, and a motorized floor stand. All these features are preassembled in a movable flight case, which allows it to be transported easily and securely from one venue to another. Therefore, it is a perfect solution for museums and art galleries that require the highest visual quality and flexibility to showcase artwork. ViewSonic’s All-in-One Direct View LED Displays were utilized at the “Taiwan Acts!” Exhibition where they displayed the socially conscious work of Taiwanese director Lin Cheng-sheng.
Touch Displays: Interactivity at Your Fingertips
Designed to create dynamic, personalized, and interactive experiences, ViewSonic’s TD series touch monitors enhance engagement. The ViewBoard Interactive Displays, available in sizes from 24” to 98”, offer a smooth and responsive handwriting experience for multiple users to write or draw simultaneously. They are the ideal solutions to connect and collaborate, empowering users with easy, direct interaction with their content.
Two product lines are currently on display at the “Chi Po Lin Exhibition” in Taiwan. With a single swipe of the palette-like color cards on the TD2455, images of rivers, lakes, and dams will animate on the ViewBoard 6570. The displays emphasize the colors of rivers affected by man-made pollution and the eutrophication and water scarcity problems caused by these issues. ViewSonic’s visual technologies give attendees a more in-depth understanding of the environmental issues highlighted by the works of this famous Taiwanese nature photographer.
