ViewSonic warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship during the warranty period. If a product proves to be defective in material or workmanship during the warranty period, ViewSonic will, at its sole option, repair or replace the product with a similar product. Replacement Product or parts may include remanufactured or refurbished parts or components.

*Please note that customers must register their LS/Laser Series products on the ViewSonic website within 90 days of purchase to receive a 5-year warranty. If registration does not occur within this period, the standard warranty for these models will be limited to 3 years. For more information, please visit our Projection Warranty Extension page.

How to get service:

For information on obtaining warranty service, call your ViewSonic dealer or ViewSonic Call Desk / Service Provider or ViewSonic; refer to the Contact Us page located in each country's corresponding website:


To obtain warranty service, you will be required to provide:

  • The original dated sales slip. (Invoice or Proof of purchase)
  • Your name.
  • Your address.
  • The serial number, IMEI number and the model number of the product.
  • A description of the problem.
  • Mobile and wireless products and All-in-One, customers should provide the username and the password in order to access the device and perform warranty service.

For DOA cases apart from above the followings are also required:

  • A photo showing the defect symptom.
  • A photo of the unit serial number with the barcode.
  • A photo showing the condition of the original container.

For additional information or the name of the nearest ViewSonic service centre, contact your ViewSonic dealer or ViewSonic.


If the warranty on your product has already expired:

In case your product is no longer within its warranty period, but you'd like to have it repaired, you can still contact our Call Desk or Repair Center in your country of residence, but you will be charged directly by our Repair Center on the service.
