Please press the following front panel button combination in sequence to unlock the touch function.

“VOL+”, “VOL+”, “VOL+”, “SETTING”, “HOME”

If the touch function still doesn't work, please do "INIT TV" under the Debug menu by pressing "INPUT 9 9 1" on the remote control.
