Why is Netflix freezing after updating?

If Netflix is freezing after updating the application, please follow the steps below:


  1. Please make sure your Netflix application is downloaded from the ViewSonic application store.

  2. If a message appears in the Netflix application asking you to update, please press Cancel.

  3. If you have updated the Netflix application, please uninstall and then reinstall it again from the ViewSonic application store.
