What to do if there is vertical or horizontal line on my monitor?

1.If the line location is not fixed, please check and adjust firstly by following below methods:

 

(1Check the video cables and/or another video input. Make sure the cable is securely connected and if possible, change the cable.

 

(2Use another power outlet.

 

(3) Connect the monitor to another computer.

 

2. If the line location is fixed or above steps don’t help, please contact ViewSonic service center.
