UNIVERSE may shut down when the software is run on hardware that uses the following discrete graphic cards: 

* If you encounter similar problems, but the discrete graphic card does not belong to the above-mentioned types, please also let us know the model of your discrete graphics card, and we will try our best to assist you.

Follow the steps below to switch from using discrete graphics to integrated graphics (Windows):

1. Type [Graphics settings] in the Windows search bar and click [Open].

2. Under 'Graphics performance preference', select 'UNIVERSE' from the dropdown menu

If 'UNIVERSE' is not listed under the menu, click [Browse] to select it.

3. Select 'UNIVERSE' from the list and click [Options]

4. Select [Power saving] and click [Save]

5. After setting the UNIVERSE application to integrated graphics, reopen UNIVERSE and try again
